Monsoon is already here, a season we all love to enjoy being indoors and indulge over tea and snacks, but hate stepping outside fearing spoiling our shoes and clothes. So, here are a few tips for you to easily clean your muddy shoes and keep them dry.

Tips and tricks to clean your footwear

  • Make a thick paste of lemon juice and baking soda. Dip a toothbrush into the mixture and scrub your shoes with it. Leave it for 10 minutes and wipe it with a clean cloth.
  • To clean your leather shoes, take a bit of petroleum jelly and rub it on your shoes using a soft cloth. In less than 10 minutes your formal shoes will shine.
  • Mix water and vinegar in equal parts and dip a clean cloth in the mixture and then gently rub it on the stubborn stains.

However, if your shoes get wet in the rainy season, here are some useful hacks to dry them.
