Sweat stains
If you too sweat a lot and are irritated by stains on your clothes, then mix equal parts of water and lemon juice and spray it on the stains. Keep it for 30 minutes before washing them.
Skin Irritation
The best remedy for skin irritation, inflammation and redness during summers is aloe vera. Freeze aloe vera gel and apply them on affected areas to get the best results.
Smelly feet
If your feet smell due to constant sweating and get dirty, slice a potato and dip it in some sea salt and exfoliate your feet to remove dead skin cells. This will keep your feet fresh and save you a trip to the salon.
