A new study conducted by the Texas A&M School of Public Health revealed which days of the week are most and least productive.
For the study, the researchers analysed the computer activity of employees working for an energy company over a span of two years. They also compared computer usage on different days and times of the week.
Unsurprisingly, Friday afternoons emerged as the least productive time of the week, while Mondays were the most productive, especially among people who are introverts.
The study also noted that employees who prioritise efficiency and accuracy complete their tasks during the early part of the day instead of the afternoon.
