In a recent study, it has been found that weather affects people’s mood in many ways. If the temperature goes beyond 21 degrees or drops below 10 degrees, people start feeling negative and lose confidence.
Healthline observed four types of people for this research; first those who like summer and enjoy sunny weather, second those who do not like summers, third those who do not like monsoons and fourth those whose mood remains same in every season.
According to the report, people feel happy during the weather or season they like, and during other seasons, they remain irritable, sad and tired and do not feel like doing anything.
