As the world is reeling under the cascading impact of global warming, the United Nations released a report in which they warned that the earth is nearing a point of no return. They also said that global greenhouse gas must be cut down quickly and drastically.
Experts said that the emissions should be decreasing by now and need to be cut down by almost half by 2030.
Experts blamed it on the surge of fossil fuel burning, oil drilling, deforestation and intensive agriculture, among the extensive list of activities that produce greenhouse gases.
