Bride Radhika exuded elegance in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla lehenga for her wedding day.
Radhika's wedding ensemble is a traditional interpretation of ‘Panetar’, which is a Gujarati tradition of brides wearing red and white. The gorgeous lehenga consisted of a trailing ghagra layered with a second detachable trail, a 5-meter head veil and a tissue dupatta.
The intricately done ghagra featured naqshi, saadi and zardozi work. The bride's veil was made of delicate jaali and cutwork while the trail on the other hand featured extensive zardozi work.
For jewellery, Radhika wore a handloom neckpiece, which was previously worn by her sister Anjali for her wedding. Their mom and Nani also wore the jewellery for their wedding ceremonies.
The bride also wore Anjali's polki earrings, mang tika, and haath phool. She added some more layers of diamonds and emeralds with a long neckpiece. She also wore kadhas, bangles, and Kaleeras.
Anant wore a red and golden sherwani for the wedding ceremony. The sherwani features a bandhgala neckline, and intricate golden embroidery adorned with precious gems. He styled it with white pyjamas, beige sneakers embellished with gold sequins, and a gold elephant brooch.
After stunning in a white and red lehenga, Radhika managed to surprise everyone with her red Manish Malhotra lehenga. Styled by Rhea Kapoor, Manish's lehenga did wonders for Radhika's elegant vidaai look.
The bride's exquisite blouse features real gold karchobi work, inspired by the traditional abho and the rich textile heritage of Kutch, Gujarat, echoing the artistry of the late 19th century. She paired it with a multi-panelled Banarasi brocade lehenga in sunset hues.
The bride's veil had a lattice design and her dupatta is a Banarasi woven masterpiece. Radhika paired the Manish Malhotra lehenga with jewels she wore for her wedding with Anant.
