Menopause is the end of your menstruation cycle but it brings some noticeable changes to your skin and hair. As the hormone level drops, skin becomes dry, thin and slack. However, with right care, you can lessen these effects and can make your skin look radiant even during menopause. 

Important things you need to do for your skin during menopause

Do not miss applying sunscreen every day before stepping out. Applying sunscreen can help lighten age spots, prevent new spots from forming and reduce the risk of getting skin cancer. 

Wash your skin with a mild face cleanser to prevent your skin from dryness. 

Other than this, add hyaluronic acid or glycerin to your skincare routine to provide moisture to your skin.
