There's no doubt that you look good in every age. Ageing is a natural and inevitable process that encompasses the gradual changes which occur in an individual's body and mind over time. But do you know at what age a person looks the best?

According to study published in the Journal of Royal Society open access, people look their best in their 30s.

Recently, Dr. Aanchal Panth shared some factors that contribute in looking more attractive in the early 30s.

  • Cheek fat tends to decrease in the late twenties and by early theories the cheekbones look more prominent increasing facial attractiveness.
  • Less buccal fat makes the jawline appear more prominent and contoured. This gives the face a more chiselled look.
  • More prudent sun protection along with less sun exposure due to a decrease in outdoor activities may contribute to skin looking better in the 30s.
  • People are more careless with their skin in their teens and 20s. They understand their skin concerns and skin needs by late 20s and start following better skincare routines.
  • People are mostly at better position financially in their 30’s the nutritional and health choices they make for themselves are better during those years.
  • During teens and early twenties people could be filled with insecurities make them want to change the way they look or their facial features. But in 30’s people accept and appreciate the different facial features and celebrate their uniqueness.
