Smoking not only has adverse health effects, but also darkens your lips.
To get rid of this problem, Dr Dimple Jangda shared some ayurvedic remedies that may help in reducing the bluish tint of a smoker's lips.
Aloe vera contains aloin, which naturally helps in reducing skin pigmentation and lightens the colour of the lips. Apply fresh aloe vera gel on the lips regularly.
Almond oil helps rejuvenate the skin and eliminate pigmentation. It also protects your lips from dryness. Massage your lips with almond oil and leave it overnight.
To prepare a lip mask, soak fresh rose petals in milk for 15 minutes. Add honey and grind the mixer to make a thick paste. Now, apply it on your lips for 10 minutes and then wash it off.
