How to do skin fasting?

Now let’s tell you how to go about skin fasting.

There are two ways. It could be a gradual process. If you are using toner, night cream and serum, you reduce their use slowly over a period of time. Or you can just cull these products at once. But in both these process, it is recommended not to forget to apply sunscreen because sun exposure can do harm to your skin.

Lastly, the right time to practice skin fasting is when you feel you are ready to give up your skincare regime.
