Nowadays, heat waves are hitting the headlines all over the country and stepping out in the sun even for an hour can cause heat rashes and sunburn. Here are some natural ways to get rid of them easily. 

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is soothing and its anti-microbial properties help reduce sunburn and heat rash. 

Cucumber Juice

Fresh cucumber juice has healing properties. Experts also recommend applying chilled cucumber on your skin to keep it cool and moisturised. 

Aloe Vera 

Aloe vera keeps our body cool and can treat heat rashes and sunburns caused due to prolonged sun exposure. 

Multani Mitti

Multani mitti has anti-inflammatory qualities that help in providing relief from prickly heat rashes. Make a paste with water and multani mitti and apply it on the rashes. 

Peppermint Oil

Peppermint oil provides relief from heat rashes skin irritation. It can be applied in form of a cream, oil or spray.
