Do you know your hair is more vulnerable when it's wet? Most of us tend to ignore haircare but thanks to dermatologist Dr. Aanchal Panth, who recently shared some tips that'll help you take care of your tresses. Keep watching and take notes!
- Avoid sleeping with wet hair, the friction between pillow case and wet hair makes them more frizzy and the chance of breakage increases.
- Make sure you keep the dryer 15cm away from your hair. Keeping the dryer close to hair strands makes them more liable to breakage.
- Remember to blow dry your hair from top to bottom motion. It will make your hair less frizzy.
- Don't use heating tools like a curler and straightener on damp hair. Make sure your hair is completely dry before using them.
- Avoid tying a sleek bun on wet hair. If you want your hair away from your face then use a clip.
- Always use a wide-toothed comb on wet hair and remember to be gentle while combing.
