Maybelline's latest ad campaign has left the internet quaking. The beauty brand's campaign for Sky High Mascara shows a train on the London tube installed with huge fake lashes. Moreover, in the backdrop, there was a big 3D mascara wand sticking out of it.
This was one part of the campaign. In the next video, there was a big lash wand emerging from a building and hitting a similar set of rubber lashes over a double-decker bus.
As soon as the videos were shared on the internet, they went viral with amused social media users sharing their reactions.
Notably, these stunts did not actually take place in London, and the campaign was created through graphic art.
Maybelline's representatives said that they 'wanted to create a disruptive marketing campaign to hero the mascara'.
