To make this remove the kernels from inside the mango seeds and chop them into small pieces and put them in a pan along with coconut oil & cook on low flame till the kernel pieces change colour. Strain it & freeze it. You can use as it is or whip it for a body butter-like consistency. Make sure to store it in the fridge. This mango seed body butter nourishes and smoothens the skin.

Benefits of using body butter in summers

Intense Hydration: Summer sun and heat can dehydrate your skin. Body butter provides deep, long-lasting moisture that helps maintain skin hydration and prevents dryness and flakiness.

Soothing Sunburn: If you get sunburned, body butter, especially those containing ingredients like aloe vera or shea butter, can soothe and heal sunburned skin by providing intense hydration and reducing inflammation.

Repairing Skin: The combination of sun exposure, chlorine from pools, and salt from the ocean can damage your skin. Body butter helps repair and restore the skin's natural barrier, keeping it soft and supple.

Enhanced Glow: Regular use of body butter can improve skin texture and tone, giving your skin a healthy, radiant glow that looks great in summer outfits.
