It's every girl's dream to style and look different on her D-day. Moving over beige and ivory fashion enthusiast and trend forecaster Ahaana Khosla set a new statement by wearing neo-traditional denim ensembles.
Ditching a traditional lehenga, Ahaana collaborated with her father to create a unique bridal lehenga that was enlivened with contrasting floral embroidered motifs to make the bride feel more special.
Elevating the coordination game, the groom, Shehan Minocher, opted for a denim bandhgala paired with white trousers for the wedding.
“Denim is so versatile, timeless, trans-seasonal and can seamlessly take you from day to night. While my dad had some wild ideas like doing frays and going really funky, the one thing I was very clear on was that it had to look like a wedding lehenga. And I wanted all the embroidery to mean something,” Ahaana said.
