India is hosting the Miss World event after 28 years and we cannot wait to see who gets crowned. Karnataka girl Sini Shetty is representing India this year and we are excited to see if she brings the crown home. Last the crown was won by an Indian was in 2017. Manushi Chillar won the accolade and now we wait to see if Sini Shetty will win the crown and make the country proud. Here is all you need to know about the contestant.

All you need to know about Sini Shetty

Born in Mumbai but hailing from Karnataka, Sini Shetty is India's representative. Contestants from 112 countries will compete to be crowned Miss World. Talking about Sini, she has a degree in accounting and finance and has worked as a marketing professional. According to the official Miss World site, Sini Shetty is a graduate of St. Dominic Savio Vidhyalaya, Mumbai, and S.K.Somaiya Degree College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Vidhyavihar, Mumbai. 

She is currently studying to be a Chartered Financial Analyst. Sini is the winner of Miss India 2022 and is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. 
In one of her interviews, Sini had revealed that she was inspired by Miss World 2000 and actor Priyanka Chopra.

The diva is multi-talented and has tried her hands on being a product executive, actor, model, and content creator.
