Even though your cooking skills are perfect, you might end up making mistakes. Recently, Chef Pankaj Bhadoria shared an easy hack to reduce chilli flavour from a dish.
According to her if you end up adding extra chilly to dal, paneer or any gravy dish, adding a dairy product can fix it. Cream or curd can also be added to tone down the chilli flavour from gravy dishes. On the other hand, adding ghee to dry dishes also helps.
