Anshula Kapoor's nutrient-packed kala chana chaat recipe is a must try

Actor Arjun Kapoor's sister Anshula Kapoor keeps sharing some of her favourite and healthy snacks with her fans and followers. Recently, she shared glimpses of kaala chana or black chickpea chaat with its recipe on her Instagram story. 

How to make kala chana chaat 

  • Soak kala chana overnight and pressure-cook it the next day
  • Toss it in the pan and add small amounts of jeera or cumin powder, asafoetida (hing), curry leaves, black pepper powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste and kasuri methi
  • Add veggies like potato, tomatoes, capsicum, lemon juice and chat masala
  • Mix them all followed by a pinch of salt
  • You may add some pomegranate seeds for some sweetness.
