The queen of DIY, Athiya Shetty recently shared a healthy drink recipe that will help battle the humid monsoon weather. This drink will give you much-needed morning energy and is a healthier alternative to tea or coffee.
Infused with a zesty blend of citrus, the drink works wonders in flushing out toxins from the body and will give you glowy hydrated skin. The cooler can be made at home with 5 easily available kitchen ingredients. The juice is easy-to-make and definitely gives great results, Athiya's skin is a proof.
To prepare the drink, you'll need
Grab a blender and add beetroot chunks followed by spinach leaves and tomato. Now, add half a cup of water for the base, add some ice cubes and blend the mixture. Once it's done, transfer it to a glass and add a pinch of pink salt and squeeze half a lemon. Voila! Your refreshing juice is ready to be served.
