Indian gooseberry, also known as Amla is filled with vitamin C content and numerous health benefits. One amla is equivalent to 12 oranges and there's nothing better than amla if your children have weak eyes or low immunity. 

Video content creator and nutritionist, Tanvee Tutlani shared a simple recipe for Amla chutney which is good for your immunity, especially in winter.

To make this, boil water and add some amla to it. Let it boil for 10 minutes and chop it into small pieces. Now take the amla, coriander, garlic, green chilli and grind it well in a mixture with an amount of water. 

Now, for tadka take oil in a hot pan and add red chillies and cumin seeds to it. Your amla chutney is ready! Enjoy it with your favourite food.
