Indian chutneys recently gained global recognition. Popular food and travel guide, Taste Atlas, released a list of the 50 best dips in the world and Indian chutneys collectively have occupied the 42nd position, coriander chutney ranked 47th and mango chutney claimed the 50th position.

However, this season besides mango and pudina chutney, try something different. Make pineapple chutney in no time. The recipe has been shared by Chef Kunal Kapoor, this is an easy recipe. Here's what you need to do.

Firstly, roast a pineapple and remove its peel. Then chop the pineapple into small pieces. Then put sugar, turmeric, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin and black pepper powder along with the pineapple pieces into a pan and cook them well. Now blend the mixture and your yummy pineapple chutney is ready. Garnish it with a pinch of red chili powder.
