The 76th Cannes Film Festival is grabbing all eyeballs from across the world as renowned people from the film and fashion industry made their mark at the event. However, amidst this, an Indian chef too gathered accolades for the inaugural dinner which he prepared.
Attended by Union Minister of state for I&B, Dr L Murugan, the dinner was prepared by chef Prateek Sandhu and the title of the menu was 'The Journey Menu,' which honoured the 'International Year of Millets'.
The chef aimed to create a unique gastronomic amalgamation of Indian and French culinary traditions. The menu included 6-7 courses from different parts of India which he shared on social media. Have alook.
