Check out this simple recipe to make Strawberry Cheesecake

When it comes to desserts that are loved by all, cake definitely tops the list. Cake is something that is usually prepared and eaten on special occasions, mainly because it takes a lot of time and energy to be prepared. But there is one cake that can be prepared in a jiffy and without much hassle and that cake is strawberry cheesecake. 

Strawberry cheesecake can be made easily with only a handful of ingredients. Here’s a quick recipe to make this cake in just 5 easy steps.

Step 1 

Mix 1 cup biscuit crumbs with ¼ cup sugar, 2 tsp cinnamon powder and 1/3 cup butter in a bowl. Pour this mixture into a pan and refrigerate for half an hour. 

Step 2 

Blend 1 cup sliced strawberries along with 1 tbsp corn starch and pour this prepared sauce into a pan. Cook till it thickens and then remove from heat.  

Step 3 

Beat ½ cup cream cheese, 400 ml condensed milk, ¼ cup lemon juice, ½ tsp vanilla extract and 3 eggs in a bowl.  

Step 4 

Pour half of this prepared mixture into the pan and onto the crust. Then add half of the prepared sauce. Again, pour the remaining mixture and then the sauce.

Step 5 

Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes. Let it cool for an hour, once done and refrigerate overnight and serve.
