Do you prefer tangy flavour in your food but hate mixing it with market powders? Fret not, Chef Ranveer Brar shared the recipe for instant chat masala you can prepare at home.
To make this take half a bowl of each coriander seeds, black pepper, cumin and fennel seeds and roast it all together for about 3-4 minutes. Lastly, add some mango powder to it and grind all the spices together. Your instant chat masala is ready. Top this on any fruit or chat and enjoy.
