Temperatures are soaring high and amid this scorching heat even politicians are trying to beat the heat in this election season.

Now a video of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi relishing a Korean dessert Bingsu is doing the rounds on social media. The politician enjoyed this famous dessert at a shop in Delhi. But if you do not want to step out of your house, you can easily make this Korean dessert at home without much effort.

How to make Korean dessert 'Bingsu'

To make Bingsu, first make strawberry sauce by boiling water, strawberries and sugar tpogether in a pan. Now add the strawberry sauce and some milk in a mixer and blend it well. After this, pour this paste into a zip lock bag and keep it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Now put it in a bowl and top it with strawberry slices, sauce and vanilla ice cream and serve Bingsu.

What is Bingsu?

Bingsu is a popular Korean dessert made from finely shaved ice topped with various ingredients. The base of the dessert is the shaved ice, which has a fluffy, snow-like texture. Traditional toppings often include sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, red beans (pat), and tteok (Korean rice cakes). Modern variations have expanded to include a wide range of toppings such as fresh fruits, nuts, chocolate, and even ice cream.

One of the most classic versions is Patbingsu, which features sweetened red beans (pat) as a primary topping.
