Summer is here and it is time to devour some mangoes. Mangoes are a delight and make it to everyone's 'favourite fruit' list, be it the ripped version or the unripened ones. If you are looking for a unique mango dish to impress your guests, we have the perfect mango dalgona lassi recipe.

While you may be familiar with dalgona coffee, an Instagram influencer added her own twist and made the dalgona mango lassi. Here is how you can make it at home.

How to make dalgona mango lassi

To make this you need, 1/4 cup hung curd, 4 tbsp mango purée, 4 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 cup curd, 5 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp Elaichi powder, 4 tbsp water.

In a bowl take hung curd, mango puree and some powdered sugar. Give it a good mix and keep it aside. In another jar mix curd, powdered sugar, elaichi powder and water. Blend well. Take a glass, add the mango-hung curd puree. Next top it with freshly made lassi and some chopped mangoes. Enjoy it chilled!

Mangoes have a high water content, making them a refreshing and hydrating fruit choice during hot summer days. Consuming mangoes helps replenish lost fluids and keep the body hydrated. They are also packed with many essential vitamins and minerals necessary for bodily functions.
The fruit is also rich in antioxidants and helps improve digestive health.

The vitamin A and vitamin E content in mangoes promotes healthy skin by supporting cell regeneration and protecting the skin from damage caused by UV rays.
