No doubt, fruits are packed with a lot of nutrients but do you know that fruit peels which you throw away have numerous health benefits too?
Content creator Armen Adamjan, shared the benefits of pomegranate peel which is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C that helps in detoxifying your body.
Put the peels in a pan, bake them for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Once the peels are dry blend them into a fine powder and it's ready to use.
You can use this pomegranate peel powder in a form of tea. Grab an empty tea bag, add one teaspoon of pomegranate peel powder and pour it in a cup of hot water. Your pomegranate tea is ready.
It is also beneficial for the skin, take pomegranate peel powder, mix some lemon in it and apply it for 20 minutes then rinse.
