Summer is the season of mangoes and it's almost everyone's favourite. Try this simple recipe for mango peanut chutney.
To make mango peanut chutney, peel a raw mango, take out its pulp and cut it into small pieces. Now, put it into a mixer along with 1 cup of roasted peanuts and add green chillis and salt as per taste.
Add half a tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of black salt, 5 cloves of garlic, curry leaves, ginger, red chilli powder, a little bit of sugar and one cup of water. Now grind them all together and your mango peanut chutney is ready to eat.
