Ghee: Ghee is rich in fat-soluble vitamins such as vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins are important for various bodily functions including immune function, bone health, and vision. Ghee is primarily composed of saturated fats and monounsaturated fats, which are considered healthier fats compared to trans fats and some forms of polyunsaturated fats. These fats can provide sustained energy and help in the absorption of fat.
Dry fruits: Dry fruits are packed with essential nutrients including vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and fiber. They are particularly rich in vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and various antioxidants. If consumed in moderation, dry fruits are a good source of dietary fiber, which aids digestion by promoting regular bowel movements and preventing constipation.
Milk: Milk is one of the best dietary sources of calcium, a mineral essential for building and maintaining strong bones and teeth. Adequate calcium intake is important for preventing osteoporosis and promoting bone health.
