Many of us love eating poori and sabzi but restrict ourselves, fearing consuming too much oil. Now this wonderful hack will allow you to enjoy poori next time without stressing about the oil consumption. 

The video was shared by momsgupshup777  on Instagram. 

To make oil-free pooris, just add a little bit of salt to the heating oil and then fry the pooris in it. This way, the oil will not stick to the pooris, allowing you to relish them without using tissue paper.  

Side effects of eating oily food 

Weight Gain:

Excessive intake of oily and high-calorie foods can contribute to weight gain, increasing the risk of obesity.

Heart Problems:

Diets high in saturated and trans fats from oily foods may contribute to elevated cholesterol levels, increasing the risk of heart diseases.
