Here's the recipe:
- Heat 1 cup of water with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of olive oil until it boils.
- Reduce heat to low and gradually add 1 cup of rice flour while stirring. Adjust consistency with hot water if needed.
- Add 2 tbsp of besan, mix, and cover for 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl or plate.
- Begin kneading once it's warm enough to handle, don't wait for it to cool completely. Knead into a soft dough using greased palms and cover.
- Take sections, roll out with a rolling pin, and shape them into fries or desired shapes.
Deep fry in hot oil.
- Enjoy with your favorite masalas or sauces!
