What not to eat for breakfast (Foods to avoid)

Amongst the many things to avoid for breakfast, one of the main is to not have sugary cereals. Avoid having fruit juices, flavoured yogurts, and sweetened coffee drinks that can be high in hidden sugars. These can spike blood sugar levels and provide little nutritional value. Stick to water, unsweetened tea, or black coffee instead. Skip the high-sugar jams, jellies, and chocolate spreads, which add unnecessary sugars to your breakfast. Opt for natural nut butter or avocado instead.
