Would breakfast at a particular time help you lose weight? Well, according to a study done by researchers at King's College London, there is a particular time. The research says that if you have your breakfast at 11 am, you could lose weight between 2 and 5 kilos over a month. 

The study suggests that waiting till 11 am to have breakfast can help you achieve a 14-hour fasting period. Having the last meal of the day between 8 and 9 pm and then having breakfast the next day at 11 am completes the 14-hour fasting period cycle. 

There should also be a cut down on snacking as that makes it difficult to complete the 14-hour fasting period. The researchers say that having breakfast at this time is more effective than other popular fasting diets.
