To make this delicious recipe, take 1/2 cup mango purée, 4/5 lychees finely chopped, 2 tbsp honey, 1 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds.
Start by chopping mangoes and making them into a puree. Mix the puree in coconut milk, add chia seeds and store in fridge overnight. Next, take few lychees, slice them into tiny pieces.
Assemble the pudding with alternate layers of lychee and mango-chia mixture. Top it with fresh mangoes and enjoy!
