Nutrition expert Prashant Desai recently shared a video explaining that 20g of cheese contains 20% protein and 60% cholesterol, and there is no such thing as good cholesterol and bad cholesterol.

Desai added that cheese indeed is a healthy choice for kids as it offers essential nutrients such as calcium, protein, and vitamins. It's made from milk with added salt, enzymes, and bacteria. Cheese also provides vitamin B12 and contains no sugar. However, to gain the maximum benefits from cheese it should be consumed with nuts and fruits rather than as part of high-fat foods like pizza and burgers.
