Here's the recipe for a high-protein panner spread

Take some paneer cubes, 2 tablespoons of curd, 1 spoonful of chilli flakes and salt. Blend them all together and your spread is ready. Once, it's ready you can also add oregano to this. 

You can use this spread for your sandwiches, wraps, salads and many more of your dishes to elevate the taste of your dishes.
