Curd is one of the most common food items eaten in almost every Indian household irrespective of the season. However, there are some food items which are not supposed to be combined with curd.
Onion
Onion should not be eaten with curd because of its contrasting nature as compared to cooling nature of curd.
Fried food
Curd and fried things are a bad combination as they together may cause digestion problems.
Fish
You should not eat curd with fish either as they both are high in protein and when animal protein is combined with plant protein it gets difficult for the human body to digest.
Milk
Even though people generally do not combine these two, one should keep in mind that it is also an unhealthy combination as together they may cause extreme bloating.
Mango
Mango lassi is quite a common drink in summers but it is again recommended to not have them together due to their contrasting nature.
