If you love Korean noodles, then this one is for you. Shared by Ayushi Gupta-Mehra on Instagram, these gochujang chilli oil noodles take just about 10 minutes to prepare.
Follow this 4-step recipe to make this popular noodles at home.
Cook noodles of choice in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside, reserving some of the noodle water.
Add 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1-4 tsp gochugaru, 1/2-1 tbsp sesame seeds and a handful of spring onions to a heat-proof bowl.
Now heat 1.5 tbsp of sesame oil and once hot, pour it over the chili-garlic mixture.
Then add 1-1.5 tbsp Gochujang paste, 1-1.5 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tsp sugar. Mix well and add a splash of the noodle cooking water and serve.
