Then add some milk and sugar to a pan and heat it. Now add this milk to the mango puree and mix it well. Now put this paste in an earthen pot and keep it at room temperature for about 4-6 hours. After this keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy your mango mishti doi.
