Mumbai's iconic street food, the vada pav, is a culinary emblem of the city's vibrant culture and bustling streets. Consisting of a spicy potato fritter, known as the vada, sandwiched between a soft bun, the pav, this humble yet flavourful snack embodies the essence of Mumbai's fast-paced lifestyle. Served with a variety of chutneys and often accompanied by fried green chillies or garlic chutney, the vada pav offers a burst of flavours and textures with each bite.
The recent viral video on Instagram showcases a bizzare twist given to our beloved vada pav. In the video, a woman coating biscuits with besan batter and frying them. Then she's seen opening a soft pao bun and adding chocolate syrup, grated cheese and crushed biscuits to it for extra crunch.
Then she places the fried biscuit in the bun and toasts it and garnishes it with white and brown chocolate chips.
As the video went viral on social media netizens flooded the comment section with bizarre remarks such as “Mar jaunga, par yeh nhi khaunga".
