Bursting with the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes, this creamy concoction offers a delightful respite from the heat. If you're craving a mango ice cream this summer, try chef Pankaj Bhadauria's recipe.

Ingredients for mango ice cream

  • Mango puree
  • Hung curd
  • Honey
  • Pistachios

Recipe for mango ice cream

To make this begin by combining 2 cups of mango puree with 1 cup of hung curd and 4 tablespoons of honey and mix it well. Transfer the mixture to a container, spread it evenly with a spoon and garnish with pistachios. Cover the container with a lid. Place the container in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours until the mango ice cream is set. Serve cold and enjoy!
