Masaba Gupta believes in eating healthy. Be it a plate of delicious and light dahi chawal or a simple bowl of fruits, Masaba teaches fans how to eat right. Recently, the actor gave a sneak peek into her breakfast bowl made with avocados and it is a great dish to kickstart the day. Here is how to make it.

How to make Masaba's healthy breakfast bowl at home

To make this salad, you need 1 ripe avocado, 1 medium apple, 2 cups mixed salad greens, chopped walnuts, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. To make this delicious fruit bowl you need to add diced avocados and sliced apples in a bowl. You can add chopped nuts for an additional crunch. Next, add a dash of lemon or lime juice to keep it from browning. Gently toss to give moisture to all of the ingredients.
Next, add taste, add salt and pepper to the salad.

You can make a dressing with olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the mixture over the salad and toss to coat it evenly. Lastly, add some chopped fresh parsley or cilantro as a garnish for flavour and visual appeal.
