Beetroot is loaded with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. It helps beat ageing signs, acne and also brightens the skin's complexion.
To make a glass of beetroot juice, blend half a beetroot with water in a blender. Add lemon juice, tomato, mint leaves and apple to enhance its taste and sip it away for the best results.
