Bananas are rich in potassium and fibre. It's always better to start your day with a banana instead of coffee or tea.
Recently Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, posted a video on Instagram sharing the health benefits of eating bananas first thing in the morning. She listed that bananas are great for digestion, gas, bloating and help in reducing sugar cravings post-meal and keep you energetic throughout the day.
Also, If you don't like eating bananas, you can start your day with any seasonal fruit.
Studies also suggest that having breakfast rich in proteins and fats lowers bad cholesterol levels and keeps us away from unwanted sugar cravings.
