Coconut water is an ideal choice for those prone to frequent dehydration. It is packed with nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, and electrolytes and is low in calories.

Recently, nutritionist Kiran Kukreja suggested drinking coconut water with soaked basil seeds (sabja) helps to relieve acidity as it can neutralize the acidic effect of HCL in the body.

To prepare this, soak 1/2 tsp of basil seeds in half a cup of water for 10-15 minutes and add these soaked seeds in one glass of coconut water and drink. You can consume this drink once a day at either 11:00 am or 4:00 pm.
