Step 1
Combine 1 ½ cups refined flour, 3 ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl. Mix well.

Next, pour in the 1 cup milk, 1 egg and 3 tbsp melted butter into the bowl. Give the mixture a good stir.
Step 3
Place a frying pan over medium heat and pour 1 tbsp oil on it. Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.
