Ramen is a type of food that has been trending off late. These types of noodles are made with wheat flour and are eaten with a variety of vegetables, meat and a flavourful broth. Ramen is not only filling but also incredibly delicious.

Step 1
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot and add 1 packet ramen noodles into it. Cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Strain the noodles and keep aside.
Step 2
Pour 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan. Add 2 tbsp grated ginger and 1 tbsp chopped garlic into it. Sauté for a few seconds.
Step 3
Next, add 4 cups of chicken broth and 4 cups water into the pan. Add 2 tbsp chopped shiitake mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Now, add the boiled noodles into the pan.

Add ½ cup chopped chives. Also add 1 cup chopped kale and 1 cup chopped carrots into the pan. Finally, dress with ¼ tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp chilli oil and some salt. Serve hot.
