Noodles are the go-to dish for everyone. They are easy-to-eat, hassle-free and can be made within minutes with only a handful of ingredients. Some popular types of noodles include udon noodles, egg noodles, ramen noodles, etc.
When it comes to the most popular noodle dish, spicy chilli garlic noodles top the list. They can easily be made at home and are extremely delicious to eat.

Step 1
Boil 300 grams of noodles in a pot filled with water and a pinch of salt. Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and keep them aside.
Step 2
Blend 5 cloves of garlic along with 7 dry red chillies in a blender to make a smooth paste. Add some water, if needed. Keep aside.
Step 3
Heat some oil in a pan. Add thinly sliced onions, julienned carrots, French beans, cabbage and capsicum. Saute till the vegetables turn soft.

Step 4
Next, add the prepared chilli garlic paste and mix well. Add the noodles and stir. Add ½ tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp vinegar and ½ tsp green chilli sauce into the pan. Mix well and serve hot.
