Recipe to make mint nimbu paani 

To prepare this, blend together 2 glasses of water, 2 tsp ginger juice, one and a half lemon juice, 4 tbsp jaggery water or brown sugar, few ice cubes, 1/4 tsp rock salt, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves, and 2 tbsp of soaked chia seeds. Your tangy and sweet mint nimbu paani is ready. Serve it chilled with some more ice cubes.
