This summer, forget sodas and cold drinks and instead opt for juices and jaljeera water. While jaljeera can be widely found in the market, the water is not reliable. However, you can make your own jaleera masala at home and enjoy your favourite drink without stepping out. Here is an easy recipe!

How to make jaljeera masala at home

To make jaljeera at home, you need, cumin, salt, asafoetida, black salt, sugar, ginger, mint leaves, tamarind pulp, lemon, soda and ice. 

To make Jaljeera, first lightly roast the cumin seeds and grind them. Next, add salt, asafoetida, black salt, sugar, chopped ginger, mint leaves, tamarind pulp and grind everything well. Now pour this mixture in a glass. After this, squeeze lemon in it and add lemon pieces, ice and soda.

Tasty refreshing Jaljeera is ready.
